As a Product Advisor, your responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Commitment to meeting and exceeding sales and Customer Service Index goals
• Be focused and committed to the sales process and always be focused on continuous improvement
• Efficiently utilize our Customer Management Tools to ensure proper follow up
• Providing highest level of customer service
• Maintaining a high level of product knowledge


The ideal candidate will:
• Must be highly self motivated
• Willing to follow processes
• Good interpersonal skills
• Well organized and detailed
• Have the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
• Possess a current VSA License
• A valid British Columbia Driver’s License and be able to present a current copy of their Abstract (ICBC driver’s record) for review.
